District 4, primarily in South Gwinnett, includes 28 precincts: bordered by Rockdale County on the East, and DeKalb County on the South and West. It includes the edge of Loganville, most of Snellville, much of Lilburn and the Gwinnett portion of Stone Mountain, while extending North into Southeast Lawrenceville around Highway 29. District 4 includes most of the precincts which were won by the Democratic Party candidates in the 2006 Election.
