Call to Action

Seventh District Congressman Rob Woodall has been AWOL since the start of this Congressional session in spite of the fact that constituents have been asking to meet with him for an in-person town hall.  Mr. Woodall has time to have a $1000 one-on-one coffee for big campaign honchos, but no time for the hard working folks in the 7th District who sent  him to Washington.

There are plenty of issues that Rob Woodall needs to hear about.   Mr. Woodall not only supported Mr. Trump, but actively fund raised for him.  Mr. Woodall, and the Republicans, want to cut Social Security and Medicare, calling these programs entitlements when they are benefits we have worked hard for. He also supports repealing the Affordable Care Act which would take away health insurance for millions of Americans.

Mr. Woodall finally caved into the pressure to have a town hall and will have a telephone town hall on Wednesday night.  I’m asking all of you to call in and speak your minds.  Here is the information.

Wednesday, February 15, 2017 –
6:35pm to 7:05pm
Dial-in: 877-229-8493
Passcode: 17849

Thank you.  I look forward to hearing your voices during the phone town hall.

Regards,

Gabe Okoye
Chairman
Gwinnett County Democratic Party
